How to Treat Cramping


Leg cramps are the most common type of cramp, but they can also occur in other parts of the body, such as the fingers, face, and arms. All muscles contract, but a cramp occurs when they are overexerted and contract violently. They do not relax immediately, and you may feel a lump under the skin or notice grotesque twitching.

Muscle relaxants

Try to avoid strenuous activity during the hottest part of the day. You can also take advantage of any cooling centers in your area. You may also want to massage your cramped muscle and drink a salty drink to regain lost nutrients.

Vitamin B12
